In today's Mastermind Shannon Bender and I decided we are going to start a group for the 90/1/100 challenge to keep everyone motivated (and in shape). If you want to join the group comment here and download the GroupMe app. As stated in the attached article the challenge is as follows:
-Run 1 Mile
-Make 1 New Network Connection
ALL of these have to be done EVERY day for 90 days and if you miss one you have to start all over! Shannon and I are also adding a rule for the group that you need to post a picture of you working out on GroupMe every day so we know everyone is keeping up and no one is cheating. This also means if you forget to post one day you have to start over. We're starting Feb. 1st so you have a couple days to prepare. Also, make sure you read the time requirements in the article!
