How often do you guys fall off the saddle?

I find myself lately getting ideas and say, a test trial shopify site up and going, but then getting side tracked/falling off the saddle with work, studying ( and lately the process of purchasing a home... or deciding to rent still ).

Do those who have ran into this and pushed through, did you set a schedule, or had something life changing to help?

Is the term "falling off the saddle" a general term they use in Georgia?
I thought it was "falling off the wagon/train/horse"... but the saddle? I know the term "get back in the saddle" is appropriate...

I think I just fell off the saddle in regards to this discussion topic.

Try to imbibe the positive habits of successful people around you. Try to maintain discipline and regularity in your day to day life. Keep on motivating yourself daily even if you feel you don't need to. This is known as affirmation which reinforces the positive outlook on life and after practising it daily, it becomes automatic. You tell positive things to yourself everyday and you start believing them
