    Aged Shelf Corp

I am weighing options and have found several sites that offer aged shelf corporations that are supposedly credit ready.
Has anyone had any experience with them? Are they worth it and will it matter to potential investors if my c-corp is an aged shelf corporation I purchased online?
I'm thinking about buying a shelf corp for a holding company I want to start for business acquisitions in the construction industry. Eventually I would like to get an investor to help acquire bigger companies but I don't want to ruin my chances with a shelf corp if they're not taken seriously.

As an investor, I don't give a crap about that. I may be the wrong kind of investor to ask tho What's more important that company registration date is what's in your bank account and your plans. If you've got a 20yr company and nothing to show for it .... what have you been doing this whole time? Get what I'm saying?
